We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Surf Regency with our 6-year-old son. The location is unbeatable, just 2 minutes from the beach and a short walk to restaurants. The pool and hot spa were perfect for family relaxation after beach swims. Watching the sunrise from our balcony was a highlight. Although there were some housekeeping issues, the lovely hosts made up for it.

we had a fantastic stay at surf regency aparthotel. the location is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the main beach and all the vibrant action. our apartment on the 13th floor offered amazing views of the ocean and esplanade. the spacious open-plan living area was filled with natural light, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. the large balcony was perfect for enjoying the scenic surroundings, and the heated outdoor pool looked inviting, even though we didn't have a chance to use it.
Nothing major to complain about! 😊.

Good base for 4 nights with very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk. Free parking on site provided. Late check out...

The location was great and incredible - close enough to the shopping centres, shops and the beach, restaurants and shopping district. The room was neat with a main bathroom, full working kitchen, as example, just what was needed.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room that had fine views of the beach and ocean.
Menu for breakfast could use more healthy options.

We were given a fully renovated room with a storage space, climate control and a lounge. Its location in Gold Coast was marvellous, not far from central Surfers Paradise, and a variety of restaurants.

The location is a total win! Right across the road from the beach and just a short walk to all the shopping and dining in Surfers Paradise. The views from the balcony are very nice-spotted whales without even needing a tour! The room was spacious and the kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped, making it easy for a family stay.
But honestly, the place needs some serious TLC. One of the apartments looked like a time capsule from the 80s and was pretty dirty. The sliding door was a struggle, and the air conditioning barely worked. Plus, tight hot water meant we couldn't shower one after the other. We also had to deal with a ridiculous security deposit policy!

Amazing location with fine beach views! The spacious apartment had everything we needed, although some amenities could use a little TLC. The pool area was lovely, and the staff were super friendly. Just make sure to request a higher floor for the best experience!

The location was okay. And the balcony view was also good.
The general impression was poor. The lobby and corridors were awful. And the appartments were clean but worn and shabby. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I had known.

It was comfortable. Exceptional location, with great Ocean and City views. Walking distance to beach and city centre. Safe and secure. Very homely and value for money.
Accommodation priced appropriately for this time of year, however, requires some modernisation including replacement of bedroom suite, cane furniture, new blankets and bed spreads.

Its fantastic location made it a breeze to explore the area, just a stone’s throw from the beach and the best dining spots. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who were more than willing to help arrange tickets to major attractions like Warner Bros.
Limited modernity in the rooms.

As a travel blogger, I found Surf Regency in Gold Coast to be a gem! the location is unbeatable, with stunning beach views and easy access to Surfers Paradise. My apartment was clean and spacious, although I wished for more toiletries and a smoother check-in process. I can't wait to return!
